From North
- Take I-87 south to exit 2E
- Exit 2E will merge with Central Avenue East
- Proceed on Central Avenue East approximately 1/2 mile and look for a (mostly red) Valvoline oil change sign on the left hand side
- Immediately following Valvoline oil change is Hackett Ave, turn left onto Hackett Avenue
- Colonie Central High School is at the end of Hackett Avenue and the main entrance is by the flagpole.
From South and West
- Take the thruway to exit 24
- Take exit 1N to get on the Northway (87 North)
- Shortly after that, take exit 2E
- Keep right at the fork in the ramp
- Proceed about 1/3 mile and look for a (mostly red) Valvoline instant oil change sign on the left hand side
- Immediately following Valvoline oil change is Hackett Ave, turn left onto Hackett Avenue
- Colonie Central High School is at the end of Hackett Avenue and the main entrance is by the flagpole.
From East
- Take I-90 West to exit 2 (Fuller Rd).
- At the end of the ramp, there will be a light. Turn right onto Fuller Rd.
- Proceed until you get to Central Ave. You cannot go straight anymore.
- Turn left onto Central Ave.
- Keep in the right most lane when you get onto Central Ave.
- Proceed less than 1/10 mile and look for Grace Memorials on your right hand side.
- Hackett Ave will be right after that.
- Turn right onto Hackett Ave.
- The school is at the end of Hackett Ave.
